Why are we running behind jobs?
Though it is a very basic question, but its answer is not that simple. Here,
I am trying to answer what I got from my own experience.
From a very young age, we have seen how man is given respect in society because of his Money and Power.
So these two things got stuck in our minds & we always try to prepare ourselves for jobs. In this race, we limit our skills and capabilities to only a few trending corporate titles or Government jobs.
Throughout life, we strive for job security and face never-ending series of interviews. We work hard for written exams, giving up sleep of nights, facing rejections, peer pressure and much more.
Is there any better option then job?
Before this, I want to ask why do you need job security? If you have excellence, then nobody can replace you & if by chance it happens, you will find another way or another opportunity will get you because of your aura (your working style).
Yes, EXCELLENCE, that's not a new word? We got excellent remarks many times from our teachers. So how could we forget that this excellence can make us different from the rest of the world?
Just think about it, the time and energy you gave to your job preparation from an early stage if you could have devoted that equal time in exploring yourself. You cannot assume how you could be today, not even a bit less than an ideal in yourself. You would have understood what you truly want, what you can do and finally, what you should do?
What if we prepare ourselves to create jobs?
Yes, you are thinking right, think about it if you would have thought about creating jobs from your young age, then definitely you will find some way & then you will be solving other's problems too.
But you might be thinking that if all of us started creating jobs, then who will be working as employees?
So, here is the answer. Not all of us can create jobs but for those who have all kinds of support like good education, money & the competencies of an Entrepreneur then what else can stop them?
And the rest who can excel in a particular skill can do a reputed job. We have Artificial intelligence, yes, you heard right, we can use Artificial intelligence in robots as the employees then we will need only a few experts to operate them & think where the world will stand then.
Take your time to understand things. Please do not limit yourself because you know the power of the human brain. Just evoke it!
